- Delivery Zones - Worldwide!
- CARE: All glassware should be hand washed to ensure long lasting quality. Any coffee mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe. The listing will specify the care instructions.
- DISCOUNTS: Cannot be applied to rush/custom orders
- SHIPPING COSTS: Shipping is calculated based on weight. We generally do not offer free shipping, as our products are heavy and fragile. We keep transparency in pricing so you know exactly what you're paying for! We default to USPS first class mail or UPS Ground.
- PROCESSING TIME: Please allow up to five business days for the processing of your order. A few may take longer, but if so, I'll be in communication with you to let you know! There are some random delays with suppliers and the shipping companies, so sometimes unexpected delays happen with supplies. If anything changes, I'll be sure to message you to ensure I can meet your deadlines.
- TRANSIT TIME: Generally 3-5 days but could be sooner or later. Once it ships, I cannot control any delays on behalf of UPS/USPS.
- PERSONALIZATION: There should be a box where you can leave details for personalization. If I am missing any detail, I will contact you. I never make assumptions for orders!
